Transport yourself to a different era at Muckross Traditional Farms and discover Ireland as it was in the 1930s and 1940s. Experience daily life where fetching water from the well was routine and electricity was yet to reach the countryside.

Explore three distinct working farms – small, medium, and large – each bustling with animals, poultry, and vintage machinery. Step inside traditional farmhouses furnished with authentic pieces like dressers, settle beds, and mealbins. Don't miss the Labourer's Cottage, Carpenter's Workshop, and Blacksmith's Forge for a glimpse into rural trades of the past.

For our younger guests, there's a charming Farm Animal Petting Area with a fun Bouncy Castle. Parents can relax with a picnic in the sheltered Woodland Play Area while their little ones enjoy the slides and swings. It's a journey through time the whole family can enjoy!
