I would like to say that I am amazed how well the shop you have in the hotel is
The staff in there are so in tune on what's going on in the hotel
A special mention goes out to Mike and Adam whom were so professional in dealing with the guests
Such a credit

"Summer Holidays"

Fab room & excellent customer service.
Was a bit disappointed that music wasn’t earlier/every night at wkd in green room.
Have a 7 month old so would’ve been nice to sit and listen in lobby as children had to be out of bars early.

We had a small baby with us so I was a bit worried but the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed travel cot fan etc. It was my daughters birthday and we were surprised on arrival of a poster which read happy birthday and treats for the kids which was so nice we couldnt have asked for a more warmer welcome I will definitely be coming back to stay here again one night is not enough.

"EXCELLENT STAY Highly recommend."

A group of 5 of us stayed in the Gleneagle apartments for 2 nights. We arrived early & were given early check in. Apartments were very spacious, clean, had every facility possible - tennis court, pitch & putt, motor cycle rental, use of Gleneagle hotel swimming pool, sauna & steam room. Apartments are surrounded by lots of green space & trees so very peaceful & relaxing.

On arrival apartment had a litre of milk in fridge, homemade brown bread & cereals which was such a nice touch. Even though we didn’t use them, they also had washing powder, baby high chair & baby cot.

Bedrooms felt like those of a hotel room. If needed anything from hotel you could just call hotel reception & they would promptly bring it over.

Staff in Gleneagle hotel were very friendly & so helpful.

Apartments are just a short walk to the town centre & a 2min drive to Killarney National park.

Thank you so much to the Gleneagle hotel & apartments - we will definitely we back.

"Great Family Vacation."

As a regular Blogger after any stay away I loved that from the moment we arrived we could feel the Genuine Warmth from all Staff to a Hotel that Catered for all our Tastes...... From Cleaners, Bar Staff, Receptionist Staff, Management and,.... above all.....everyone involved in the Kiddies Club.

THE HOTEL: We traveled as a Family from Galway from July 5-8th July, Parents in their 60/70's, myself in my 40's and my 7 yr old Daughter. We stayed in a family room for 3 nights (335), the weather very humid, the requested fan saved a relatively decent nights sleep (Next time on recommendation from front line staff we will book apartments for more Space) but the rooms had all we needed besides that.... Clean, Plenty of Towels and Lots of Hot Water!

THE FOOD.....Hats off Guys, we were over joyed at finding something to suit all pallets and all ages, swoping around sides dishes to suit all of us.....very hot to the table and restaurant staff very Obliging even finding a socket to charge my dying phone to catch those great moments on my Camera!

Residents cud avail of a very varied breakfast on each morning up to a very decent time of 11am and it was well spotted by myself that all ages catered for by hotel and staff even down to the Children's Pancake Maker that kept the kids busy, plenty of high chairs for the wee ones and every request for seconds of Tea/Coffee were honored......A Credit to all Staff involved!!

THE FACILITIES: Again a multitude to do! The Bar staff happy to host a few Mayo Families for the GAA Match we waited on all day, Coffee and treats available from early morning as well as full bar menu, Drinks reasonable for Hotel Prices, A Games Room that filled a Lotta time in between(and emptied Mom's Toll Money), Beautiful Pool with amazing facilities but above all The Crowning Glory on our Trip was the Kids Club, my 7 year old... been on her own.... was absolutely engrossed with all staff involved including all the Extras given to the kids.....Ye certainly earn yer Money!!Great Shows/Movies Everyday!

The night time Entertainment was Brilliant, bar one night all Residents were free in, my parents Fav was Declan Nearney and for a €10 we saw some amazing Dancers jive the Floor! We even gave it a Whirl ourselves after a few Brave Ones!

TOURISTS: Been in Kerry you couldn't not do the Day Trip of The Ring of Kerry! At €22 its a Steal and Sean our Host provided a Very Educational Tour(Just don't talk over him though!!) Multiple Stops at all the Great Photographic Spots and weather Favored Us!! We stopped high in the Mountains for a Meal, a well organized Restaurant, friendly Staff and above all the Views are to die for!

But above all after my 7 yr old developed a tonsillitis, an appt was arranged at South Doc, a map printed to the Clinic and said antibiotic catered for behind the Desk in a fridge by Management! What impressed me most was the Staff (Out of Hundreds of Guests) knew what I was looking for as I queued for the Desk..(Tara if i remember rightly....she always had a Lolly too so was my Daughters Favorite!)....Outstanding Service!

I'm sure there is lots I'm forgetting, but thanks from all in the Family for a Great 3 Nights.......We highly Recommend and We Will Be Back!!!!!!.

"Wonderful food and obliging staff."

Came here with Majestic Tours and stayed for three nights in June. We were both highly impressed with the quality, range of food and the helpfulness of staff. Gluten free toast available and done for you. They will also try and find an alternative if you fancy the dessert menu. Nice big and clean bedroom. Saw a nice children's choir from Canada (I think) in one of the public rooms. Nightly entertainment for those that want it. The lake just a short walk away.

"Fabulous place friendly staff"

Just been to the Glen Eagle for the bank holiday weekend of the bike fest. The hotel was full but the service did not disappoint still. We stayed with 2 children who loved it as well. Pool is big and staff there were brilliant with the kids as well. Rooms were great. And as for Killarney there really is no nicer place to go so many things to do. Would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel and apartments, we arrived at 1130 and our apartment was ready which was a great bonus! We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely amazing, the size, space and facilities were beyond expectation. Upon arrival the apartment had fully stocked tea, coffee, sugar, childrens cereals, milk, brown bread, butter and jam which was lovely surprise. The staff were very friendly and hotel itself is fantastic, some facilities include a swimming pool, games room, kids club and shop. I would highly recommend this hotel for everyone

"Very much enjoyed staying here!"

We were traveling off season, in February, and the cost to stay here was very inexpensive. Yet there are still restaurants on site with a wonderful full breakfast complimentary. There was music and dancing in the evening too. The room was comfortable and it is a great place to stay to be able to visit all the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed it and recommend it

"Excellent stay as always"

Gleneagle never fails to please. Person can park car and not need to use it until going home as hotel has everything from Eating in Dining Room or O’D’s by the bar. Entertainment some of which is free to residents, Leisure center and beautiful walks just outside the door. Food is excellent. Breakfast selection great choice. Also great shuttle bus service to town.

A stay at Gleneagle for the preview concert of Tesrs for Fears on Jan 30 was five star by every measurement. The opening concert for the European Tour was simply amazing. The room was extraordinary and had a captivating view across the way of snow capped Irish mountains. The pool and spa were 5 star in every manner. The food excellent, and breakfast in particular was outstanding. My first trip to Killarney, home of 7 out of 8 great grandparents...and my first visit to Old Bridge near Muckross House was amazing. Brought with me an original 1906 post card my great grandfather mailed my grandmother back in New York for her 5th birthday was unbelievable. To know five generations lived and worked here, was a great delight for this American. You made it splendid! Thanks.Dr Stafford

"Fantastic place. Home from home"

We traveled as a large family group for our parents 50th wedding anniversary in January. The hotel staff couldnt do enough for us, they even upgraded our parents to the most amazing suite I have ever seen. We had a truly wonderful stay and it was all down to the staff making us feel so special. Rooms were spotless and spacious, food was plentiful and delicious. Oil was fab for the kids and there’s just a warm, welcoming homely feeling to this hotel.
