Cycle The Muckross Lake Loop
The Muckross Lake Loop is approximately 10km in length and the perfect route for a day out cycling. It brings you around the picturesque Muckross Lake and you can admire the many scenic views along the way. The loop will take you past many well-known sites in Killarney, including Old Weir Bridge, which hosts stunning views from every angle. You can make a pitstop at Dinis Cottage to refuel with a cup of tea and slice of cake in front of the lake before continuing on your journey.
Drive The Ring of Kerry
The Ring of Kerry is a scenic drive around the Iveragh Peninsula. It is 179km-long, circular route takes in rugged and verdant coastal landscapes and rural seaside villages. Some of our favourite stops around this famous route include Skellig Ring Road, Skellig Islands, Moll's Gap and Derrynane Beach

Climb Cardiac Hill
Don’t be scared by the name, if you enjoy a good workout, then Cardiac Hill certainly delivers. The steep ascent of Cardiac Hill is actually a journey up the slopes of Torc Mountain, located just a short few kilometres outside of Killarney town. The strenuous climb up hundreds of steps pays off as the views when you reach the top are unparalleled. If you like a challenge then we would definitely recommend Cardiac Hill.

Sunset Kayaking
Kayak silently past rustling islands and sleepy swans. From your kayak see the mystical 6th century abbey ruins on Innisfallen Island and hopefully glimpse some of Ireland's last native red deer. Experience Torc Waterfall
Torc Waterfall is approximately 7 kilometres from Killarney town.
A short walk brings you to the waterfall. From that point steps lead to another viewing point at a higher altitude that provides a view over the Middle Lake. The path is also part of the Kerry Way long distance walking route.
The waterfall which is approximately 20 metres high is at its best after heavy rainfall.
