There are all sorts of activities lined up including bridge, bowling, tennis, water-aerobics, Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates canoeing, golfing, hill walking, cycling, squash, water polo and kayaking. As well as educational seminars including talks on cookery, flower arranging, art and computer technology.
