The O’ Neill Sisters sing Christmas in Killarney with Cathal Flaherty, Kerry Choral Union & Voiceworks Kids Choir.
The O’Neill sisters comprise of three sensational singing sisters from Co. Kerry Ireland. They have performed in a plethora of concert halls across four continents from orchard hall, Tokyo to the national concert hall in Dublin while they have also performed live on tv for the international miss polski that aired to millions across Europe and performed for Hillary Clinton in New York amongst many other dignitaries and royalty. Most recently they received international acclaim when their rendition of the beautiful Irish classic “Red is the Rose” went viral gaining over 5 million views and thousands of shares worldwide.
They have performed across the globe as part of stage productions by some of the world’s leading Irish traditional musical ambassadors and have worked in the studios with internationally recognised artists including Bruno Mars. They’ve had one of their songs used for the Vanity Fair’s Oscar theme party song and have won an international award in Los Angeles for one of their original albums.
Across classical music to easy listening, folk, pop and Celtic style songs, The O’Neill Sisters have performed songs in English, Irish, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Latin, Japanese, and Sanskrit. Their innate skill for three-part harmony is what has tied their exploration of sometimes-disparate genres together.
They have just finished creating a brand new Celtic show titled “Songs From Ireland”, which they will perform from April to October every Saturday night in the world-class venue in Killarney Racecourse in Killarney town. They most recently worked with Irish legendary producer Billy Farrell (The Corrs, Brian Kennedy) recording new Celtic flavoured inspirational songs a few of which were chosen for the Official album "An Irish welcome" released for Pope Francis ahead of his visit this August and their song "Oceans (where feet may fail)" has been chosen as the main single.
