ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR OPENS IN KILLARNEY

‘Company hopes for “quick expansion and job creation” in thriving town’

Enterprise Rent-A-Car, part of Enterprise Holdings, the world’s largest vehicle rental company operates from the Gleneagle Hotel premises for the duration of the summer months and will facilitate the requirements of tourists wishing to visit the town and surrounding areas during the busy high season.

The company is currently expanding their business in Ireland with Killarney being the most recent of nationwide branch openings. Operating in Ireland since 1997, Enterprise is known for its extensive network of locations, everyday low rates and outstanding customer service. At present Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ireland employs more than 200 staff in its 25 branches nationwide. This is the company’s second branch for the county with Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s Tralee branch.

Speaking at the official opening of the Gleneagle Killarney branch was Lianne Cooke, Area Manager, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Ireland, “We are extremely excited about opening here in the beautiful and bustling Killarney. An industrious urban centre with a strong tourist hub, boasting some of Ireland’s most scenic driving routes along the Ring of Kerry taking in breath-taking landmarks, we saw Killarney as a prime location for the Enterprise Rent-A-Car service offering.”

The company, which prides itself on its thorough 25 point safety check on each vehicle before it is used, will be operating from the Gleneagle Hotel, Killarney with opening hours 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and 9am-12pm Saturday.
